This Privacy Policy describes how Chew Consultants Pty Ltd (“Chew Consultants”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit chewconsultants.com, contact us, join a waitlist or newsletter, become a member or buy from us.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a contact form, request a companion resource, or join a book waitlist or newsletter. This may include your name, email address, organisation and message.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, deliver the resources you request, send updates about books and services you have asked to hear about, and improve our website.
Membership Accounts and Payments
When you join as a Free or Premium member, we create a website account holding your name, email address, billing country and state, and your purchase and subscription history, so that we can give you access to member downloads and manage your membership.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment form and are not stored on this website. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the information it processes.
Formation Profile Results
If you are a Premium member and complete the interactive Seven Languages Formation Profile, your answers, scores, growth plan and the dates you completed them are saved to your account so that you can return to them. These responses are personal reflections and may relate to your faith, relationships and past experiences.
- Your results are visible only to you when logged in, and to the site administrator for technical support. They are not shared with anyone else or used for marketing.
- You can delete all of your saved results at any time using “Delete all my saved results” on the Formation Profile page.
- You can also ask us to export or erase your results by contacting us at the address below.
- Visitors who use the free sampler or the Ten-Minute Diagnostic are not identified; sampler answers are kept only in your own browser and are not sent to us.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the website to work, such as keeping you logged in and remembering your cart and checkout. Our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies.
