Learning Management System (LMS)

LMS helps streamline training delivery by minimizing the time spent on manual admin tasks. LMSs makes life easier by enabling ease of creation, management, and tracking of training, all in one place.

Implementing the LMS for an on-campus college was the first step to transitioning this on-campus college to an online-college. This was followed the progression of designing and implementing a WAN infrastructure to connect the Gold Coast and Perth campuses to the datacentre and main campus in Melbourne.

We coached the senior management in providing executive sponsorship for the entire project, together with guiding the teaching faculty on changing the culture of teaching and tutoring as well as project managed the entire transition process.
